The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura, is the third lowest chakra located near the navel. This chakra is all about confidence, power, and identity. These traits are demonstrated by the strong body language of the woman. This chakra is associated with the color yellow, therefore, the artwork has an overall yellow glow. The heat of the desert is meant to represent the warmth of the fire element which is the element of this chakra. The Solar Plexus chakra is associated with the sun, for this reason, I have placed an abstracted mandala version of the sun on the top right corner. The pyramids are meant to illustrate the idea of power and intellect that was seen in the ancient Egyptians, which I felt went well with this chakra. The Merkaba symbol on the top left represents the light spirit body and is a reminder of divinity. Even though the Markaba is behind her, to represent that when we indulge excessively in the ego, we sometimes turn our back to the divinity within us.
