When you order artwork or merchandise, request a commission, book a service, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, create an account, or leave a review, we receive the information you provide. Depending on your request, this may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order or booking details, messages, and artwork references.
We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, process payments and orders, arrange delivery or services, provide support, maintain our business records, and prevent fraud or misuse. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment services. Our checkout offers WooPayments, powered by Stripe, including cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and eligible Klarna payments, as well as PayPal. Availability depends on your location, device, and order.
Information needed to process or support your payment, including contact and billing details, the amount, and payment identifiers, is shared with the relevant provider. Full card details entered into the secure payment form are handled by the payment provider, rather than stored in our website database. If you choose to save a payment method, the provider stores its payment credentials; our store may keep a reference and limited identifying details.

Order fulfillment and delivery
For products made or fulfilled through Printful, we share the order and recipient information needed to make and deliver your products. Delivery providers receive the information needed to transport and deliver your parcel. See Printful’s privacy policy.
Contact forms and newsletters
We use details submitted in forms to handle your inquiry or subscription. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send you artwork news, releases, and offers. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by emailing us, or use an unsubscribe link where provided. Order and service messages may still be sent when needed to handle your purchases or requests.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your cart and login, support payments, and help protect against fraudulent or automated activity. We may also collect technical and browsing information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, and interactions with our store.
Our site uses integrations including Google Tag Manager, Meta for WooCommerce, and Metricool to support measurement and marketing. Spam protection and embedded content
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google may process device and interaction information for this purpose under its privacy policy and terms.

Reviews, comments, and accounts
If you leave a review or comment, the name and content displayed with it may be public. We may collect your IP address and browser information to help detect spam. An anonymized email identifier may be provided to Gravatar to show a profile image; see Automattic’s privacy policy.
Account information is accessible to website administrators who need to manage the store. You can update available account details through your account or contact us for help. Do not include private information in public reviews.
Sharing and international processing
We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website, communicate with you, process payments, fulfill orders, provide services, and protect our business. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address fraud, disputes, or legal claims. Retention varies by the type of record and those requirements. Reviews and account records may remain until removed or no longer needed; some records may also remain in backups for a period after deletion.
