“What is this site for?” This site is a way for me to showcase various creative projects I’ve worked on, as well as offer my prints and original artworks to art collectors.
“What do you sell?” I sell original works of art, prints on paper, and other goods as well as other creations of mine.
“How can I trust buying on your site?” I know that safety and trust are really important to you and being a frequent online shopper myself, I take it seriously. When you purchase an item on my site, I keep all of your personal details safe and they are never sold or given to third parties. Payments are securely processed by PayPal and this site will never store or know your payment details.
“What forms of payment do you accept?” I accept payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express through PayPal. All credit cards used for payment must have a confirmed shipping address.
“Are my payments secure?” All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. For your own safety, we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through PayPal—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
“How do I check the status of an order?” An email with a tracking number will be sent to the email entered during your checkout. Feel free to use the Contract page if you have any questions about your order.
“When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?” Shipping is automatically calculated before submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Automatic shipping calculator from the website might vary slightly and may include the cost of packaging materials. Some items that I ship myself are often sent out in about a week, more or less. Other items are printed on demand. These on-demand items can take up to 2 weeks to be made and shipped out. Once shipped, depending on what country it is being shipped from and to, can take about 2 weeks. Orders often do not take more than a month to arrive from the initial order date. “Which countries do you ship to?” I can ship to just about any international location. The countries that are available for shipping will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.
“How do the artworks look compared to the online image?” Images are shown on a screen using RGB colors made with the light of the screen which often is affected by screen brightness and settings. The artworks can look different when printed with ink (CMYK colors on paper or other physical material). Colors will usually look more bright on screens. All products are subject to potential color changes when printed. Also, some artworks might be subject to slight cropping when printed in certain sizes.
“How much will an international delivery cost me?” This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
“How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?” The delivery time depends on the distance between us, but generally, an item will take no more than a month usually. Please note that some print-on-demand items are shipped from the manufacturer in China, but most orders are shipped from the US.
“Can I try out different sizes of clothing to see which fits me best?” Wrong size orders can not be returned since these are made on-demand and I do not keep stock. Please carefully use the size chart provided on the items page to get the correct size.
“Will my print arrive flat or rolled?” Most 8 x 10 inch prints will arrive flat. These prints I make and ship myself and come with a mat, backing, and cover on luster paper. Larger prints are made by a manufacturer, and are often shipped rolled and do not come with a mat border and are on poster paper.
“Do you do refunds?” No, there are no refunds for orders. If you have any issues with your order please use the contact form and I will do my best to resolve it.
